UNIVERSITY OF MINNESOTA – MASTER GARDENER HOME PREDESIGN
Landscape Arboretum

Chaska, Minnesota

The Master Gardener Home will support continuing education for volunteers, core training and development of advanced training for Master Gardeners. The project will engage a broad range of stakeholders from Minnesota’s agricultural producers, associations and all individuals sharing a common interest in advancing public agricultural and horticultural knowledge.

The 4,830 SF Master Gardener Home will be the hub for experimental learning for all ages. It will provide research based gardening practice that contributes to  achieving healthy landscapes, healthy people and a healthy planet.  It will be the starting point and home base for the classes and experiences within the adjacent demonstration fields.

There will be an aesthetic connection to the simplicity of farming life.
