Lee Tollefson, FAIA, has over 42 years of design experience and his design work on buildings has been recognized regionally and nationally with numerous AIA Design Awards. He is a licensed Architect in 5 states, a Certified Interior Designer in the State of Minnesota and is registered with National Council Architecture Registration Board. Lee is also a member of the American Institute of Architects, AIA – Minnesota, and past President AIA Minnesota 2005. His work includes predesign, design, programming and masterplanning of religious and educational facilities. This design work includes six different science facilities in recent years. He has a 27 year relationship as a design consultant for Saint John’s University. Lee has been an adjunct professor at the University of Minnesota for 38 years and received the Ralph Rapson Distinguished Teaching Award in 1997. He was elected to the College of Fellows of the American Institute of Architects in 2003.
