RRTL Architects was selected, in January, to design a new Health and Wellness Center for Anoka Ramsey Community College. The program includes fitness and exercise facilities as well as flexible large volume spaces for basket ball, volleyball and other indoor activities. Construction will begin in August of 2011 and the facility will be completed in August of 2012. The construction cost for the new facility will be $8,000,000 and is being delivered as a CMAR project. The campus is one of the MnSCU campuses in Minnesota.
