Bloomington, Minnesota

The  Partnership Center building provides 76,000 sq. ft. of  new classroom and office space.   The design of the building is intended to be a feature of the campus, and counterpoint the standard brown colored brick of the campus.  The building consists of three primary features: a dog-legged rectangular shaped three story black brick, contrasted by light aluminum/glass curtainwall extrusions, and an open space public lobby linking the building to the new Kopp Center Addition.

The building program consists of nearly 30 classrooms in a variety of sizes both large and small. Student gathering (collegial) areas are provided throughout the building as large and small pockets of space.
